Depression
Depression is more than just feeling sad, it can affect sleep, energy, motivation, relationships, and the ability to enjoy everyday life. Many people living with depression struggle with feelings of hopelessness or guilt, making it difficult to move forward. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients develop healthier thought patterns, regulate emotions, and reconnect with meaning in life. For children, I also offer elements of play therapy, which provides a safe and engaging way to express emotions and build coping skills.
