Trauma
Trauma can stem from many experiences, such as childhood abuse, neglect, accidents, natural disasters, military service, or sudden loss. These events can overwhelm the mind and body, often leading to anxiety, depression, or feeling “stuck” in the past. Therapy provides a safe space to process these experiences and begin to heal.
