Adolescent Therapy
Adolescence is a time of major growth and change, and it often comes with unique challenges such as peer pressure, academic stress, identity exploration, and shifting family dynamics. For teens, therapy provides a safe and confidential space to talk openly about their struggles without judgment. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT to help adolescents manage emotions, reduce anxiety or depression, and develop healthy coping strategies. By combining skill-building with meaningful conversation, I work to empower teens to build resilience, strengthen self-esteem, and navigate the transition to adulthood.
