Therapy helping an employee

Employee Assistance Programs

Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are confidential, employer-sponsored programs designed to support employees with personal and work-related challenges. Since they are employer-sponsored, they are usually free, or very low cost for the employee. EAP sessions are short-term, solution focused sessions, designed to work through immediate challenges, learn coping strategies, and figure out next steps. If you need longer-term help, continued care is always an option.

I provide practical, personalized support for employees dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or workplace challenges, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques, along with coping strategies like emotion regulation, relaxation exercises, and problem-solving skills. The goal is simple: give you the tools and support to handle challenges before they affect your work or personal life.
